The Group Human Resources

The Virtual Trip Group HR strategy focuses on finding, hiring, and retaining the best people. A key element of our focus is instilling the corporate values and culture to each member of the team. We apply personnel selection, training and evaluation procedures with extensive usage of HRMS and e-Learning information systems. The creation of a personal vision for each of our personnel, compliant with our group corporate vision is a keyobjective for our HR Department.

The Group currently employees 60 people while we cooperate with a large network of specialized freelance IT Consultants. All of them hold university degrees, most with postgraduate studies. All of the IT technical team members hold university degrees in computer science or engineering.
